How does the transaction fee work?
When your customer pays with a card through Square, our app fee (4.99% Free / 2.99% Pro) is automatically deducted from the payment. You never see a separate bill from us.
What about cash or check payments?
Cash and check payments are a Pro feature. On the Free plan, you can only record card payments via Square. Pro lets you record cash, check, bank transfer, and other payment methods.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade to Pro instantly from your dashboard. Downgrade anytime — you keep all your data, just some Pro features become unavailable until you resubscribe.
Can I use a custom domain on the free plan?
Yes! Custom domains are included on all plans. Connect your own domain from your shop settings and your storefront will be live at yourbrand.com.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. Both plans are month-to-month with no contracts. Free has no cost at all. Pro bills monthly and you can cancel anytime.
How many shop members can I add?
Free accounts can have up to 2 shop members (including the owner). Pro gives you unlimited members with full role-based permissions.
